cheap thin Speakers

what is the cheapest 6x9 inch speakers can get in the market?helping doc to find 1 pair.

Ya thanks ace.Today we went to find speakers for my new E23. Since there is an iron bar that restricts the depth of the speaker, it's hard to find.
We were quoted 650 for a set of blaupunkt speakers installation. Sorry la guys but I just need basic sound to listen to radio occasionally.

I have a few pairs of unused 6X9 speakers. These are samples for my evaluation from a local manufacturer. Less than RM100.00 per pair.

last time i heard, macrom has some thin magnet speakers... maybe you can try those for fit.

ALPINE type-E 6X9 = Rm280
ALPINE type-S 6x9 = Rm320

these are the prices the last time i checked and they both sound good, the type-s has more mid bass and treble compared to the type-e. PM me if you want to know where the shop is.

the shop also has a couple of other brands. it will also help if you state how thin you want the speakers to be

Hey Ace,

Those Alpine Type S 6 x 9s are pretty good - have heard them myself. But then again, there are a tonne of choices for 6 x 9 speakers so it wud all boil down to taste and budget. No harm in looking around.
