CD Changer skipping

My ori 6-CD changer skips at times when going over bumps or rough road patches. is this problem : - expensive (requiring equipment change)? - so-so (rectifiable by shop)? - cheap (eg clean lens only)?Appreciate any feedback.

Try repair,
if all fails PM me as I have one used one from my E36 for sale.

Try cleaning the head first, if not work then u can sent for tuning aligment out a bit due to the car movement for so long. There are a few bush holding the whole machanism to the casing so may be this is worn off. If the laser light is out then u wont get any sound, skip track nomally can be repair and not very expensive.

Well... don't know of any that you can go in Shah Alam, but I know of one to avoid... The one in TTDI Jaya, not because of the flood but they are not very professional about things and are messy! Its the one on the same row as the 7eleven and Maybank there.
