CD magazine stuck in CD changer

My CD magazine got stuck in my CD changer. Sent to car audio / accessory shop. Said they cannot remove the CD magazine. Anyone here has a similar problem, please let me know where I can get this problem solved, contact number of shop, if available? Thanks so much.

hey, i faced a similar issue a while back. if it's a cd changer, then what happened is the motor's busted and it's just a change of the motor. otherwise it's the gear being broke and there are replacements available since a shop would have load of spare gears....a decent audio shop would do the job. cost would be around the region of RM300 to 400.

Dear Jetschin;

My experience with the rear CD changer similar to yours.
when we first bought the car, we didnt try the cd, come home i try to eject the cartrage or magazine u call em, nothing happens...ok,,, so. what i did, unsrew the bolts that hold the whole cd changer, once its out, look at the back of it, there is a small fuse, its blown....change the fuse 10amps. cost me 50cents only and walllaaa.. the thing works, ejected the magazine...and works till now...

I have the same problem, i solve it without a single cent. notice one of your CD plate (got 6 plate, each hold a CD), one CD plate is stuck and unable to bounce back into the cartridge. use a small screwdriver, try to adjust the CD plate up & down, left & right while keep pressing the eject button (remember to keep pressing while u r adjusting with your screwdriver). with the correct touch, walla......your cartridge will jump out and hit your face until u bleed coz u r looking too close......muhahahhaa just joking bro, but it work for me and never stuck again......try this before spending any $ in audio shop. but be gentle with the screwdriver coz u dun wanna spoil it, kakakakaka

Had the same problem before. I just replaced the whole changer to save myself a headache
