..as topic says..I want to explore this option, as I have decided to change all 4 discs, but I do not know what options I have, when we talking about carbon ceramics discs..please, post any useful info about it, with links, if you have any..thank you in advance guys..

Ecco, just go for ceramic or high friction pads.

Another alternative is to fit in Porsche 996 brakes.

Your Z4m already has csl rotors. The brackets can be bought at rallyroad.net, am fixing mine next week. 4 pot front and back with high friction pads. If you want longer lasting pads then go Ceramic. Hawk pads are pretty cheap from USA.
