Car Choking

Funny feeling driving the car just now...while accelerating and cruising, the car feels like it was choking through the rev range. never felt this before. It happened over all the gears. very funny. anyone know what could that possibly be or anything i can do to ascertain the issue? (apart from heading straight to the mech)

it could b many things..
I had that probs a couple of months bck..
I diagnosed it by plugs, then the cables, and it was only solved when i changed the Fuel filter...
but as ive said, it could be many things...

check out your AFM. Dismiss air and petrol might be happen.

when was the last time you service your car?

Have you change the following item before:-
1. plug
2. fuel filter
3. vacuum hose
4. air filter
5. crankshaft sensor

btw, what model is your ride?

I encountered quite similar condition in my39..choking while cruising n engine stalled when i stopped. changed the camshaft sensor and prob solved..it is also less thirsty now...
