car become non responsive in the morning

hi guys..every morning i'll be havin problem to get my car moving..right after i warmed up the engine , reverse the car ..problem starts when i press the accelerator..rpm goes up to 4 , stimes 5 ..yet the car not moving..have to rev the engine many time to get it moving..somebody tell me its the engine or gear box..what should i do:wink:

Slipped clutch? I'm just guessing here, maybe torque converter?

1. When was last time/mileage tukar ATF?
2. ATF filter?
3. Apa ATF pakai?
4. Berapa liter?
5. Any leak on the GB sump or porch?
6. Odometer berapa?
7. Umur berapa?
8. GB overhaul before or not? What was the last major job or any done to the GB?
9. Always hill climb or towing/haulage of jetski, motor homes? :4: Ask for fun but it matters.. :4:
10. What did you do to the car before the problem start?

er, fuel filter pernah tukar?

tq all fort the swift responses..mine 318 2004..mileage 99k..atf changed follow specs,.. a month ago changed aircond compressor, prior to that my oil indicator lighted up.. workshop said gasket problem..changed gasket ..recently need to top up engine oil again..

somebody suggested engine overhaul..but i'm thinking of changing the whole engine if the solution is just temporary...what say u people

Age wise very "young", what u mean by "specs", specs say ATF long life and never need to change. Drive/leak until engine oil indicator lights up means either your don't care about the car or your car is like mine, no engine dipstick. Pity the car. :63:

I need to know more about your gearbox history, when was the last time you replace ATF, ATF filter and what ATF u use?
