Iam looking around for a wide 15 inch rim. and i found out that the original e34 bbs 15 inch is wide and cheap. so can i redrill this rim to pcd 100 x 4 hole? any shop that can do this? how much will it cost?picture for reference:

Possible but the wheels will loose a lot of strength. You can try and draw out a 5 holes pcd 120 and 4 holes pcd 100. Then superimpose the 4 holes drawing onto the 5 holes drawing to get an idea. To solve your prob I would just convert to 5 lugs.

i did just that... using autocad and assuming the stud hole is 150mm... doesnt look to bad from my point of view. anyone who has done this can confirmed?

Fireblade has done it to his E30.

but I won't touch it ....

if you don't go 160kph or more on long distance drive, you won't have catastrophic accident if any of the 4 wheels decide to give way... There's risk involved, the question is are you willing to accept it??

I have seen the wheels myself.
I do not have the confidence that it will hold on to the hub esp at high speed.

Safety first ...

look up 4 lugs to 5 lugs conversion .... I am think of doing it for my car.
You can also consider using spacers .... but it is also costly.

yes, as they always say. Nothing beats original. Mr Racun has one set of E30 BBS RS RIMS. Go get them. ;)
