chaps, went to a tyre shop over the weekend and was informed that the rear camber for e36 can't be adjusted - true or not ? i remember reading that it can be adjusted.... my ride's back wheel tires are worn out on the inside... the sifu at the shop told me that this is common and just have to flip the tires.. from inside to outside every 3 months.thanks.

Think that's the way it shud be with our E36s. It is designed that way. That is why some of us do not rotate our tyres because of the different camber settings between the front and rear.

you'll definitely have inner wear as the rear camber is supposed to be negative (/

what is the spec ? - 1.5 deg for rear, how about front ? i oso face same problem, the inner wear is very significant for wider tyre e.g235.

Dunno whats the fatory spec but i've dialed mine to -1.5 for each side of the rears on my ride. Lovely! Need more for the fronts now. KMAC anyone?

Yes you can adjust the rear camber. I saw on the screen "number of degree " change while my mechanics is doing the adjustment. Now my tyre can last abit longer then before. I m using mechillen 225/40/18.

You shd able to see the standard set up spec on the screen according to the model you selected.

If recall corretly rear camber recommanded degree is less then 1.5. Due to reduce inner wear out, i set my to 1.2 - 1.3. If less then 1 you wont feel very stable in term of handling. Rear tent to swing to left and righ at high speed. just my experience. Of course bigger angle better the stability in general.

Cheers
