Bt Light Circuit

Dear All,My E34 has shown in the indicator . Does anyone have any idea what's wrong??? Already change the brake switch near the brake area. Cos last time the switch is not so functional, sometimes have light sometimes no light, but after changing the brake switch now all the lights is working very well but the Indicator will still appeared the "Brake LT Circuit" frequently. Anyone please share some things i can try? Thanks alot...

Finally managed to resolved the "Brake Lt Circuit". It's actually the brake switch is giving the problem! Thought last time changed to a new brake switch will solve all the problem but actually the new one also not functioning well..... Got my car to change the brake switch from another e34 and all the problem is solved!!! Now no more" Brake Lt Circuit"........... Phew....

JohnC, it could be because the switch could be the wrong type. There are two type of switches. One is with 2 pins and the others is with 4 pins.

Anyway, good to hear that you managed to solve your problem.
