Enough of the drama on the highway. As we continued along A1 Autostrada we saw this small village near Cetona. That was just the beginning.

As we are approaching Montepulciano things are getting more interesting. This is where great wines and olive oil come from.

The elevation is gradually getting higher and higher. By now, we are almost 500 feet above sea level.

There is a signboard near San Regolo which says "Agriturismo" (something like homestay concept with agriculture theme). So, we took a right turn on to the gravel road to check out the place.

I will be in Italy from mid-Feb. Looking forward to it. some business to take care of.

Thanks pussy. It wasn't my shot. Just want to promote Canon camera a bit. Pity them. Nikon better:top:. Ha ha

Close up shot of an olive. Olive oil is very sacred here in Italy. Never say bad things about olive oil.

With slightly more than 3/4 tank, we were blessed with 710 km to run. That's the beauty of turbo diesel engine. Let's venture deeper into the heart of Tuscany.
