BMW recall

It seems like BMW is having a recall on some 3, 5 and X series for potential airbags failure in emergency situation. This includes 2006 3 series with sport seats! Mine is 2007 so it should be safe but may need to check with Ingress or AB on this?http://www.huliq.com/66368/bmw-usa-issues-200k-bmw-airbag-recall

You serious about this? Mine is 3series 2006 Oct wor... But not with the sport seats. So can I consider mine is oki?

I knew this because CNN did mention it. Not sure if it is only applicable for US models only though
