BMW CLub Malaysia Schedule of Events for 2009

Greeting to ALL Members, Listed below is the schedule of events for 2009. 1. Treasure Hunt to Cameron Highlands (28th February 2009) Fee per car : RM100, Accomodation RM 120/pax twin sharing inclusive of Breakfast Dinner at Century Pines Resort. More details will be unveiled at the Members' Meet Up section soon. 2. Tire Factory Visit to Continental Sime Tires (April/May) 3. Inaugural BMW Club Malaysia Car Park Rally/Gymkhana at Bukit Jalil (July 11th) Let's find out the best driver amongst all of us!! :top: 4. Charity Drive to Ipoh (12th September) We have visited this home before, and more than 30 cars drove up. As we have all seen, this home not only needs funds, but some work on its dilapidated condition. So lets all help to give them a fresh coat of paint!!:wink: 5. BMW Club Annual Dinner (November 14th, tentatively) The Executive Committee hopes ALL Members will continue to support the Club's events and hope to see more of you in the coming events. Maybe squeeze in an advance driving lessons, the club has got few of the best trainers in town, we have cars, perhaps a set of old tyres and a big parking lot, a wet skid pad, and we are all set..

Our President has outlined the MAIN events planned for this coming year. This will not however remain as the ONLY events for the year. We will off and on have events of a smaller scale, ie...Official TT's, Monthly Drives, AGM, etc..

Stay tuned for updates and look forward to your participation.....afterall, This Is Your Club!

Good list... I hope we can have a charity drive for animals as well as one of the in between ad hoc events....something that I've always wanted. I'm sure there are a lot of dog and cat lovers in this club...

I volunteer to spearhead this event with permission from the committee.

DD, if the charity goes thru, I would like to contributre my luck draw prize worth RM1000 (ad2008- ritecool tint for the car).

If there is no objection from the committee, I like to auction it and the all the proceed goes to the charity drive.

(btw, I lost the voucher. Hope the committee will vouch for it).

No to reptiles pls.. i.e. allegator, buaya, crocodile and dinosaur..
