bimmer36,
if ur chamber kit is just some locally machined bolts ( with ecentric centers ), please forget it. If they break ( which is likely since they are just machine on the lathe....& does not consider stress point reduction or heat treatment..) you will be in a serious accident - since your front wheels will be dangling & you have no steering nor brakes.....
the way how these machined bolt works is incorrect and it relies on the bolt tension to hold the geometry. A bolt works as a shear member ie. the diameter of the hole and bolt is almost the same. The machined bolts have smaller bolt cross section and they are made to fit into a bigger hole hence they cannot act as shear member.
After you alined and bolt the bolts, a bump when driving will change the geometry again......cos it's not strong enough! ( from the bolt derived clamping force itself )
You have been forewarned. Pumping is also harmful....your bearings take a beating. ( since they jack between the abs housing and brake disc....)
To restore your steering geometry - change your knuckles or abs housing, whichever is bent. Otherwise K-MAC is the other way. ( K-MAC = brand of chamber adjustment kit )
-1.58 degree FRONT is actually "normal" in comparison to what some of us are running.....
If your tyre wears inside, CORNER FASTER to compensate outside wear! HA! HA!( or rotate tyres more often..)
