Good Day, Today morning when I start the car, the battery Light Turn On In Solid Colour. Then I Check the Test 9, Voltage = 11.6V . I can still start my car, but already can feel the car sluggish. I just replace my battery 3 months ago. That time I manage to get 12.6V, I am thinking whether the voltage is too low for a new battery. I want to know is it because of the Alternator die soon or new battery NG?? Anyone can help? Please...any Emergency Solution?

The standard automotive battery produces 12 volts on load (engine off and the lights on for example). The standard alternator produces 13.5 to 13.75 volts to effectively charge the battery (basically 0.25 volts per cell). if the voltage falls below these thresholds then it's time to have the battery changed or the alternator looked at. From your explantion it looks like you have a faulty alternator.

Do this, start your engine, remove the battery positive terminal connection to your car. If the alternator is in good shape charging, your car wont die at low RPM.

What color is the Battery Light on the display panel in your car If it is yellow. It's the battery if it Red that means your alternator is about to Kaput.

Do not remove your battery terminals to test, it will erase your ECU memory of certain parameters.
