Automatic Driving Lights

Dear AllI am driving an E60 525i, and would like to ask for advice from some BMW seifus here. When I switch on the automatic driving lights control, I expect the headlights should be switched on when it is dark such as in a tunnel, raining or at nite.The headlights do not switch on when there is a bright sunny day, but somehow they do switch on when it is no so sunny (such as 4pm or 5pm) but in my opinion, bright enough that I do not need the headlights to be switched on. Can the light sensors be tuned to less sensitive? I find this to be irritating.CheersWKW

Don't be lazy and use the manual switch control....

The auto function as I experienced before also turns on the light when its 8am in the morning!

....Give up....
