Dear Forumers,A chipping stone as big as 20cent hit my front windscreen and since then it has created a beautiful lining towards the middle area. Do i have to buy a windscreen according to my E46 model and year? or they are all the same? Hence, anyone of you kind forumers willing to let go your front windscreen? Btw, m driving a 330ci, Hope the same size applies for all E46 model :stupid:

Once installed on a car it is hard to remove without shattering.
Your best bet is to look for a new one, should be around 2k for an original bmw one if its in stock.

PM me if you need help sourcing one.

The last time I change my ci was 2600, windscreen for sedan is different.

Well the same issue happened to me....Hit my windscreen caused hairline crack. My windscreen equipped with rain sensor. Anyone knows how much is the cost? (sori koreng..., tumpang thread)

I have insured RM2.5k for my windscreen (sedan 325i, with rain sensor). Was advised by mechs that RM2.5k should be able to cover the windscreen (new German made one, cost about RM1.8k) and tint (Huper Optik C40).

Got good reviews on Kai Windscreen Specialist Sdn. Bhd. from fellow friends in the BMW world. Those wanted to replace theirs under insurance coverage can look for the boss as he can kaotim everything. Just bring cover note will do.
