i may have some jalan or work around with you if you are sick and tired of the slow auto gearbox you have. i have a 5 speed manual which need to be discussed how to swap.Nope, it's not free. There is a price to pay. But this is still in the early stages. So, once i have everything. Let's roll.The 318i manual is a different animal together. If you think your 318i is slow, wait till you have the manual. Not too bad on jams too because the cluth is light.

go find a 3.25 or 3.46 rear diff, or the ultra rare 3.38 off a evo M3......

this will give the E30 325i a run for their machines anytime.......

BTW the ultra rare 3.38 are meant for use with the auto box.....
