Anybody fixed the M Performance body kit?

Hi all... I am pretty sure some of you have fixed the M performance body kit... I'm thinking of fixing it myself but I was not sure if the front lip would be too low and scrapping at most basement car parks. That would be very inconvenient. The guys at Auto Bavaria was telling me that it would scrape.

Anybody could share their experience?

Depends on the incline of the slope. If you're on stock springs, its a 50/50 based on my experience. For eg, no problems in 1utama, mid valley, subang parade, but scrape in Empire Gallery, some condominium carpark etc. Just drive slow, its a light scrape only anyway. Drive too fast and risk breaking the lip.

Mine is the 328i M-Sports which is slightly lower than the stock 3 series springs. So I guess that is of a higher risk?

If it's light scraping I can live with it... Just worried that the scrape is quite bad which can even dislodge my ori bumper with it. I experienced this before in my previous car. Lip is spoilt bumper also need to repair... Lol.

Yup you're at a higher risk by 10mm lol. just be careful and drive slow when approaching a steep angle slope loh

Mine ride is 330i and I have fixed front lip and rear diffuser and so far have not scrape any ramp coz drive slow at any ramp.

I have front lip for my 328i MSport. So far no issue, so long drive slowly at the ramp....

For Empire subang, i found a route that wont kena the bumper. Once you enter the carpark, straight to B2 but remember, stops your car completely after going down and turn slightly to the left/right.

Exit through B3. Dont follow the exit at B2. Once u are at B3, turn right and follow the way till you found an Exit on your right. This exit is not that steep and will not kena your bumper
