As title, any nice RM10K -20K JDM car to recommended? Not necessary JDM, but definitely no UDM..:4: Too heavy for a student to maintain an UDM. FC and maintenance are the main concern for the purchase. In my list: Nissan Sentra B14Nisan Sunny B11Honda Civic EG8Perodua KenariWelcum any comments!

Cefiro A31 RB20DE.. :D :D

With the above choices, EG will be my choice too! :top:

Look for 1991-1993 Honda Civic Ferio SiR.. :D :top:

Cefiro is totally out la, maintenance will kill a student.

A stock standard EG8 is hard to get nowadays, all are mod'ed model in the open market..

If anyone plan to sell a RM10K-20K car, pls do let me know.

With that price range, i would go for the E30. Pussy's car not bad and fits into the price range. Maintenance wise, I think it's comparable with the japanese cars. The japs aren't cheap anyways.

If not, a toyota corolla SEG A101 or AE111 would fit the bill too.

But if it's a play car, i would agree with Astroboy, the Cefiro A31 would be ideal platform. Plonk in the RB25DETT would be fun to drive.

As long as accident and rust free, the rest is small matter.. chop shop can complete the rest.. :D

RB26DETT la.. :p

Silvia S15 also nice.. but 100k la.. :( very good demand! our X-president also looking for 1..

No nOOo no..No racun here.

Not for fun and playboy, looking for a poor student.

elwine30, how real the maintenance for an 1984 e30 compare with 1995 Sentra B14?

You are comparing between a 1984 continental and 1995 jap. I would say, the E30 would be marginally about 10-15% higher. But again, both are normal cars. Except the E30 takes more engine oil as it's 6 cyclinder, additional 2 spark plugs. Else, everything is the same.

The Nissan is a good car. For a student, who don't know anything much about car, I would say the Jap car would be better. Also depends if the student is a she or he. ;)

Eh, Mercedes ok or not? We're thinking of selling of our old 1991 230E. Good reliable car, not many problems, maybe around RM20k?

i recommend the honda accord sv4, only slightly above 20k...but very thirsty
