Announcement of the new office bearer 2011/2012

Apart from congratulating words, more than ever, the team needs lots of help/patience/understandings from members to run the show.. the word "congratulate" in this context is not only worthless, it becomes "sarcastic" as it sounded like "Good Luck, u are on your own".. please don't get me wrong. This club belong to all and not only the committee's, u can set high expectation but if any of the expectation failed to be met, everyone is partially responsible including you and me. Let's put an end to the blaming culture of complaining who didn't do what, instead if knowing something needs to be done, let's work together to just do it! Imagine they are the new captain, we the rest are the peddlers.. we stop peddling, boat goes no where.. or to where ever the wind takes us.. :1:

well said for a posting after such a long time ...but a non show up for past EGM's also not good larr as we took our time off to attend one of the most important events in BMWCM ..well that was the past then and hope to see a new astroboy II..

I have been a memeber since the begning of this year. But i am yet to received my gift pack. Can one of you guys pls let me know how to go about to received my gift pack. prior to this committee i ahve been liasing with Astroboy. But since then i have not received anything yet. Looks like the year is ending but so far nobody cares to look into this matter. I am dissapointed for a prestige club like this, simple administration work like this is not taken seriously. I hope and look forward to a favourable reply from any of the management committee. Regards.

On behalf of the club bro, we apologies for this oversight. Honestly, there must be some mixed up here but we will rectify this issue the soonest possible. You can pm the current Secretary (Yazmeen) to check on your status of membership and the renewal pack due.

I remember the Secretary did make a roll call a few times for those who had not recieved their membership card and renewal pack, to contact the committee members for collection. Infact I still remember that when we had our Monthly Official TT a few times, the call was made to those to collect their renewal pack and membership card or prompt us to deliver the stuff.

No worries bro, I will remind him to look into this immediately.

Dear Mike,
Wellcome to the club, but i believed the Committee have organised a few TT sessions to distribute the goodies because i personally attended most of the TTs but I have never seen you in any one of those TTs.
The Committees ran this club on a voluntary basis, so its not very fair to have high expectation from them, they have over the months soak themselves up in organising the Kulim Drive & the Annual Dinner. cheers

Since when did we give gift pack? I thought we only give starter pack to newly registered members.

Please take note we still have members who still have not collect their membership car year 2010. (yes year 2010 not typo error)

All OM are encourage to join the Official TT every 2nd Friday of the month. Please contact me or any of the CM
to collect whatever that is owning to you. Please dont expect the CM to store the starter pack all the time in the
boot. (It will upset the car handling.)

We have on numerous occasions have make prior arrangement with OM but they never show up to collect.

Please help us to help yourself.

pss..sst Astroboy have relinquish his post last March so better contact the new CM via PM.
