air flow meter

hi all sifus ... i just joined the forum. have a 1994 e36 and recently having problems with the air flow meter. the parts end with no 135 and was informed that new one is RM 2.7k. bought a used one for rm 550 in puychong. was doing fine for 10 days and yesterday, the idling was unsettling.do any of you sifus know where to get a reasonably priced new or used ones. thank you! regards,kk

The best way to pinpoint your problem, is borrow a known good AFM.
Do a search in forum, some forumers recommend to do your own cleaning, and it works like new afterwards.

I don't believe your AFM is faulty.
