Air con issue

Dear Buddies, Despite switching my air cons off before turning off the ignition,the aircon gets set back at the on position when I get back in the car and turn on the ignition but if I do this within a short period of time,the aircon seems to remain in the off position.I searched around here and couldn't find a specific solution.Is there a way for me to programme it or something?

Am curious about that too. I prefer to start the engine without the air-cond ON.
