- makes you feel good (its an ACS! whaddayaexpect??)
- makes you want to accelerate just to hear the exhaust
- fuel consumption goes up (see above for the reason)
- right foot seems heavier
- some kapchais get out of your way
- some pedestrians get out of your way
- some slow cars get out of your way
- set off car alarms in car park (what a kick esp in the mornings)
- announces your arrival
- the idle rumble is to be heard to appreciate
- free-flow is best enjoyed at 200km/h
- knowing its original not some knock off garland on some 318i
- the polished chrome pipe
- the occasional muted pops from "Manual" gear changes
- the downshifts

....the list goes on....

downside:
- everyone in the neighbourhood knows what time you sent your gf back home....
 
oh yeah - sit back and enjoy the poison floating around....
