Yes bro, not advisable to potong spring, makes your car froggy. Moreover it will take the aerodynamics of the car substantially. Get a good sports spring to compliment it. Ther are many out there ( H&R, eibach etc) :top: ..

yahh i have same feeling too, is it common for BMW or just my car, its not happened to my benz, now, i'm not really enjoy drive this so call UDM alrdy, most of the time drive my old e280 w210.. felt better. Change almost everything alrdy, but the drive feeling still the same, especially during high speed 180km above..

I used to have both Merc and a bimmer bro and it terms of handling, I still say and prefer my udm. Utk masslah anda, byk perkara yg boleh menyebebkan keta tak stabil, escpecially during high speed.

Alignment, bushings, abs, arms, rods etc ...... my advise is for you to takae it to reputable service centre and have it checked out ... :top: ..

Tyre to be minimum 245/45/17 profile to feel stability or above 18" even much better ... Don think m-sport will feel wavy even each at 200km/h rite ?

mine also change to normal Sach, so which brand you recommend? I just follow as recommended awai, BM world Tun Razak maybe must change to other brand

Sachs Super Touring is slightly more expensive than the normal Sachs, a bit sportier ride.

Other recommended choices are Bilstein B4 if you are on standard springs, B6 for firmer damping on standard springs.

If using sport lower springs, then have to use B8.

You are right there bro. I myself on the B8 set-up for my E60 and the KW Clubsport for the E92. :4: :top: ...

I dunno where my friend's workshop ordered it from, but somewhere in SEApark PJ, but i had a choice between the old Sachs type or the new Super Touring then, and i opted for the Super Touring. I was told Sachs don't make the old type anymore, choices now just Super Touring or Advantage. Me dunno but still happy with the Super Touring

looking at the bill, it cost RM560/- each in June last year.
