I agree with our old and wise advisor to get it done over as soon as possible before the fire dies down. Ok the date 29th July (Sat)the route either To Ipoh via trunk road or The Genting Sempah route or The Ulu Yam Frasers Route or Sri Menanti via Bukit Putus route .....come on lets make it happen.

Does anybody know if along any of this routes, if there are any orphanages or old folks home that we can visit along the way? At least we can kill 2 birds with one stone. A Charity cum Drive sort of thing as proposed by our loving committee member Sithwarrior.

Ok lets fire away ur opinions..and let the world know the 'Uncles' rock....

Well if MctNesh knows of a charity home and everyone would like to do some charity, then XXX call him will ya.....

If thats the case then come up with some sort of itenary. Also be aware XXX u may want to recce the route first before. If you guys want stop and makan and all make sure you guys inform the restaurants in these small towns. Unless you guys are planning for a picnic lah ( heyyyyy picnic... not a bad idea.. hmmmm ) There are so far over 30 cars and I would presume at least 45 people. Get a restaurant or something.

1. Meet up at a specified location
2. Convoy to a close by venue in Klang Valley for a) Brunch B) Lunch c) Dinner.
3. Have fun and get to know one another.

My suggestion: Maybe we can meet at the rest area before the Sunway/Kesas toll and drive towards Cyberjaya for a dim-sum(halal) brunch.

Excellent parking and nice atmosphere for makan. Not to mention good photo opportunities.
