If you're taking the KLIA Elite hiway, exit at USJ..
after the Toll plaza, u'll hit a traffic light, take a right. then stick to the left lane and go BESIDE the flyover. take a left at the traffic light junction. you'll see a Petronas station with KFC on your right. stick to the right most lane and make a U-turn at the traffic light.
Then, you will past the Petronas Station on ur left. Turn into the business center after the petronas. Go straight for about 1km and you'll see 3 steamboat restaurants on the right. Gold Chillis is the 3rd restaurant...

Haven't tried Gold Chillis as we always go for the Hoe Kee Steamboat.
