Ok before this thread is closed since the event is over will everybody be game too meet up again maybe this Friday (4/08/06) at MMZ the Official TT place....at this meet we can plan/discuss future outings...we can meet some place and then convoy there together gether..hopefully the Burger Time guys will be there and later we can join them looking for Burgers..

What a great day it was. It was my first outing with the club and the introduction really generated the warmth that I was looking for. The fact that people brought their families for the convoy, the charity event, the lunch and the photo sessions were great. Kudos to XXX and also to the Committee members who clearly tried to make the day a success for all.

I really did not pay much attention to the silly politics that has clearly tarnished the intention of this forum in the first place. I am happy that we have a group of people who are dedicated to make this club a success coz people like me do not have the time (these days anyway). I cannot understand why we can't all get along like most Malaysians do. I really do not see any advantage to any individual leading this club apart from personal satisfaction. Kalau join political party, may got chance to win a contract but this? This outing should set the example for all moving forward - just sharing knowledge about the car that we love and making new friends. If its about a popularity contest, then there are many other ways, like creating your own fan club..

Again, fantastic day out for me. I hope next time more people attend and the convoy goes somewhere further.

u guys should have a post mortem to discuss anything that went wrong or things that should've have been done. will be a very good reference for future outings.
