rsnavin, i have test drove the A6 3.0 , a7 3.0, the Quattro and DSG really makes a different. I have said it here before, i think the Audi cabins are built so much better. but somehow i still ended up with the 535i. haha, mine comes with surround view , lane departure warning too.

M5port: yea i agree their cabins are much better than BMW and Mercedes, any day. I still somehow can't make a decision between the 5 or the A6. BTW, what made you choose the 5 in the end? Thanks.

Actually, a lot of forums and reviews I've seen and read have great things to say about the A6 3.0T Quattro. The Non-quattro version is a different story altogether.

i dont find the audi cabin that attractive..the door trim is halfway, the screen looks like an after thought, and hated the gear knob. the mmi is not as intuitive as idrive..

but its just me.... and beauty is subjective.

The handling characteristics of the AWD A6 and the RWD F10 is very different. I heard from an Audi owner is that the new A6 steering feels very light compared to the F10. Anyone can confirm this?

I suppose beauty is subjective but I agree that the i-Drive is more intuitive to use. However, the MMI touch function is very neat and BMW will only introduce the touch i-Drive controller next year onwards.

Test-drive arranged for early next week, I will let you know. You can change the steering feel of the A6 within the MMI interface. The quattro's are known for very good grip. I drove the 520d few months back, I found it to be a very balanced car, but steering feel wasn't that great.

The B&O speakers are the best I've heard in a car so far. The stock 5 series speakers are really, not up to mark. Also, somehow the BMW is just a bit more muscular in looks, IMO. I can understand why you got another BMW.
