Need advice how much roughly to buy "328" number plate in Jpj? Got few jpj Runner open price 4k. Should I try to tender myself or just buy it from runner?

328 is around that price. If you have the budget and you want it done quickly and hassle free then go through the agent.

If you can wait around 1-2 months then it would be very cost effective to tender yourself. It's not that difficult, but at least need 2 trips to JPJ. I tendered my two digit number 35 and costs around half the price. Some runners were selling it up to RM20k for the number, depending on the letter combination.
