318i E46 Alarm System

Hi Sifu,My friend just bought recon new 318i E46 year 2001 model that's come standard will all accessories i.e central Locking. Unfortunately the central locking key doesn't comes with alarm system. You can only press to open, lock & open boot door. No alarm fitted.Can we fix alarm from the market i.e Viper, Cobra into the existing key? Meaning using back the key and alarm, not separate alarm control.Thanks.

The remote control 2 active the lock & open the lock is working. Just that no alarm included henc no siren, no red blinking lights below the front mirror.

Should be best to install BMW original Alarm system kit but auto bavaria do not want to touch reconditioned car.

Make sure u find someone who know what they are doing and give u warranty. Very scary to touch the electrical system of UDM.
