2011 E90 325i M Sports - Rear Bumper damage + Swirl Marks!

Dear All,I am about to buy a used 1 yr+ E90 325i M Sports.... The car is in otherwise excellent condition but there is damage on the rear bumper... got hit by a motorbike and the bumper has a hole on it!...The seller gave me a 1k discount but asks me to repair it myself.... How much would it roughly cost to replace the rear bumper and respray?Also, there are swirl marks on the car (black colour!)... anyone here know how / where I can get them removed?Many thanks for your opinions...

RM1 k should be sufficient to repair and respray the rear bumper. As for the swirl marks, consult our Club vendors detailing specialist here

my car was hit from the back last year..i sent it to Yen fatt..he charged me rm1k including respray the front bumper..and for the swirlmarks, u may try swirlX from meguiars..
