2006 325i morning start noise

hi there,my 2006 325i makes weird noises from the engine when i start it in the morning. to me the sound may come from possible grinding of some pulley makes like a dynamo turning sound. the steering also has some weird noise initially when i reverse out for the drive way. BUT after 500-800meters , the sounds are all gone for the whole day even if i park it in the office for 8 hours, the restart is smooth like it should be. Can anyone please advise?Thanks alot

I did mine at Opimum Kayu Ara.
