it would help if you specify the model, year of your model.

btw, what type of diagnostic tool was used to display the error code?

It not normal to have 4 sensors failed at the same time.

i think its the wiring to the module got problem...or the module itself

I am having the same opinion as Yazmeen. If you have recently dismantled the bumper for respray and when completed, reconnecting back the wiring wrongly could possible be the culprit. I kena once whereby the paint shop fellow connect wrongly.
