Guys,
The previous official drive to Awana, we have to wait more than an hour for roti canai. Being a Sunday, the mamak makan gerai is expected to be pack. So for convinient sake, have your buffet breakfast at Awana hotel and enjoy the scenery and relax atmosphere of the coffee house.

Oh yea guys,
Need some advice on how to tackle the climb properly. I admit I won't drive with gusto and definitely not quickly, but at least I wanna know how best to use my car well during the run, especially in lieu of the steep climb/gradients along those roads. Just feeling bad that I might hold up some of the more spirited and seasoned drivers there, unless I am the last car...
Here's my predicament:
"Just wondering, need some expert advice from you regarding the E32's gearbox, can it actually go any lower than gear 2? I mean, I have tried engaging the lever as far back as possible, but the best I always managed seems to be gear 2. Car is still in E mode, and is stationary, and I just tried engaging the gears from P all the way to the last which is 1, but somehow, the gear lever seems to get really hard to be pulled especially after gear 3. 2 is still manageable, but I need to pull very hard.
I'm just afraid that my inability to use the gearbox well, as in engaging the 'correct' lower gears to tackle some of the steep gradients of the Awana road will make me look super sluggish. And I really don't wanna embarass myself and make life a hassle for others behind me since I will definitely take the climb slowly.
Besides, I've never really tried the 'M' mode on my gearbox. No clue whatsoever on how to use it. But I remembered you saying that you once left the gearbox in 'S' mode when you did the Raub run last year right?"
I know it's somewhat out of topic, but I would really appreciate the kind help from all of you seasoned and veteran drivers out there.

Bro Blackcat, drive this Sun la...AGM in March. Badrul will updtae list when back from Siam. Do join us....
Eggie bro, pls don't fret about speed and pace. As the lead car, I will ensure fun but will maintain pace to ensure new drivers do not feel a need to catch up and end up losing control. Some basic rules: -
1. Go into a corner with sufficient speed, never floor into a corner
2. Come out of a corner of a corner with power
3. Never apply brakes when in the corner, do it before the corner if need be. Most important is when u commit, u go for it. Never hesitate....u'll be surprised
4. If in a manual car, never play a free gear or high gear in corner, will lose control of car unless off course you're an ecpert driver
5. Finally, stay your line
PS - ur car is aged bro, I would not mess around with gears unless off course u plan a change soon. Stick to S and let the GB and car do the thinking.....
These are MY ways of driving, which have so far worked for me.

Rest will work within the convoy and respect the pace of the respective lead cars. Try to catch em if u can......hahahahahahaha
Within the convoy, overtake as necessary but again such opportunities are likely ltd given the narrow and windy road and the fact that the pack will likely be close. So sensible driving and respect for mates much appreciated. Give way to anyone who has a sudden rush of adrenaline.......hahahahhahahaha
