Well done Bad!!! Solid response!!!
Ulu Yam has some treacherous and slippery corners. I see some new names (which is great!!!), so I suggest a start that is a little earlier i.e. depart @ 7:15am (after a thorough safety brief and reiteration of the convoy rules) in order to beat traffic and ensure no need for unnecessary overtaking within the convoy. And yes, agree that the group should be split in two. Suggest the following to lead and sweep the groups
Group A - Ray lead
Group A - Mizhan sweep
Group B - JohnJ lead
Group B - Ssmann sweep

Simple itinerary for the drive..
7.00 am Gather up at Mobil Jalan Kuching heading up north. (Next to ex Macro and now Tesco Extra. Just after USF )
7.10 am Safety and route briefing by SSMANN and Mizhan
7.15 am We're off via Ulu Yam road. Late comers will have to catch up.
8.xx am Cable Car restaurant for breakfast, depending what time we reach up in Goh Tong Jaya. (No time limiit as we go at our own pace)
x.xx am Photo shoot some where where there is an empty carpark and SSMANN can show his drift skills..If not we see him tonggeng..
Depending on what time we finish our breakie and TCSS, we will vote on the return trip route. Highway or thru Ulu Yam or other alternative routes.
Location of Mobil. Look for the alphabet "B"

I would humbly ask each of you to ponder and adhere to this points;
1) Please make sure your car is fit to be on the road. All fluids are filled, Tires in good condition and filled, All lights are working and also please ensure that your brakes are in good condition.
2) Petrol or diesel is filled as there is no stop for gas during the trip up and down
3) Enough touch and go credits just in case
4) Know your car and your driving limits. There is no prize for being the fastest, best drifters, being daredevil or what not.
5) Be safe at all times.
6) Do not terrorize the road and endanger other motorist and pedestrian as we will go through some kampung's and public areas.
7) Even though this is not the official drive, please uphold the club name and the brand.
8) Car wash before the trip and we might be in for a photo shoot.

Hahahahaha.....ok no prob so long as my rear bushes and tie rod arrive in time for the drive and changed, I can be in front....if not, sorry will be at the back as the car may fish tail and many will go a clapping....hahahahahaha...or I can bring the 38 and I can assure everyone a leisurely drive....hahahahahahaha
