Will try asking another friend if he's up to joining the drive with his E46 M3..trying to racun him to join our brotherhood..

Simple itinerary for the drive..

7.15 am Gather up at Mobil Jalan Kuching heading up north. (Next to ex Macro and now Tesco Extra. Just after USF )

7.30 am We're off via Ulu Yam road. Late comers will have to catch up.

8.xx am Cable Car restaurant for breakfast, depending what time we reach up in Goh Tong Jaya. (No time limiit as we go at our own pace)

x.xx am Photo shoot some where where there is an empty carpark and SSMANN can show his drift skills..If not we see him tonggeng..:reddy:

Depending on what time we finish our breakie and TCSS, we will vote on the return trip route. Highway or thru Ulu Yam or other alternative routes.

you want to go to the mamak? roti canai at cable car station is nicer..
 
Sounds like a plan...except that there shall be no drifting if I intend to make the return trip...already spent a fortune on rear tyres last weekend!!! Off course, if someone willing to sponsor their car for a show...i'll gladly oblige a doughnut or two.....hahahahahahaha

Suggest Ray can lead as he is familiar with this Ulu Yam route. I can sweep and everyone in between can have fun.....

Pace??? What pace...lets target 30 mins???
 
bad & serjit, suggest you spend 5 minutes for a quick briefing before we burn rubber. need to caution those unfamiliar with the route, and not to go chasing after the ol' timers of ulu yam :)

I would humbly ask each of you to ponder and adhere to this points;

1) Please make sure your car is fit to be on the road. All fluids are filled, Tires in good condition and filled, All lights are working and also please ensure that your brakes are in good condition.
2) Petrol or diesel is filled as there is no stop for gas during the trip up and down
3) Enough touch and go credits just in case
4) Know your car and your driving limits. There is no prize for being the fastest, best drifters, being daredevil or what not.
5) Be safe at all times.
6) Do not terrorize the road and endanger other motorist and pedestrian as we will go through some kampung's and public areas.
7) Even though this is not the official drive, please uphold the club name and the brand.
8) Car wash before the trip and we might be in for a photo shoot.

Thank you and lets have a great drive..

For the first timers tackling this route, just beware of a few corners on the way there before reaching Ulu Yam lama.

It is always good to start the drive early as traffic will build up after 730am.
