FYI i did changed my radiator last June as my posting: http://www.bmwclubmalaysia.com/newforums/index.php?/topic/38923-can-or-not-to-patching-the-leaking-radiator-using-glue/page-2

Will appreciate if any sifus here can advise others then this heat exchanger i need to replace what's else possibility i should consider. You can see from my earlier posting almost all the parts & hoses related to the radiator being changed.
I'm planing to replace this few parts no 1-5 & no 11 as pic below as soon:-

Thanks.

Alex, replace with the air-cooled type gb heat exchanger from the E36 instead. Low maintenance & less headache. Helped with preserving the gb long-term too. The existing heat exchanger is a b*tch. You won't know it has broken down until you have gb issues (overheating) or your current situation.

I paid about 300-400 about 3years ago. Part is halfcut from E36.
