Wah! The cup holder, sai-em-sai-ooh! (Need or not!) The central aircond vent looks like its gonna transform into the shape of our kidney grille not far from now.. :D :D

I just saw (and touched) an X1 here in Rome, 2.3 diesel white colour. The car is huge man! I would say it is as as big as a 5 series, but not as tall as an X3. The car appeared more like a granturismo to me rather than an off-roader:love:. Nice man...really nice..

the kidney grills are getting too big, i thought it was just for the F01 but look at this...pedestrian wont get hit, they'll get swallowed

Is it that the car is quite small....or is it because of these big and tall German guys? I actually think the car is cute.... I don't care too much for the stylings of the X3, the X5 is tad big...and the X6 is waaaaaayyy beyond budget. So this one might actually be something to consider.

And the cup/bottle holder thing....aiyoh, I don't know la....

I just :puke: looking at the pic ... the back is spot on but the front end is just :stupid:

Just got back from a showroom in Frankfurt and saw this car. Not impressed at all. Oppps they did it again. The dashboard and plastic trim feels cheap and plasticky. If you run your hands you'll know what I mean. Very easy to become brittle in our climate and very Lego-ish too. Leg room for rear passenger is terrible.

I've learned something about BMW bad habits. If it's going to associated with the number '1', it has to look and feel cheap.

any indication on pricing here in Malaysia? heard the X1 will be available in Malaysia by 2nd Qtr.

That's exactly my same feeling when I saw it in UK recently...cheap plastic and cramped rear leg room. On the unit I saw, the plastic was already peeling off!

This is the reason I've canceled my initial plan of getting one...will get another German SUV!:top:
