X1 18i door ajar warning not working

Hi X1 owners, my door ajar warning is not working. Does our X1 comes with this reature? When I open the door with or without remote in slot or even started the car, there's no warning at all on the door is ajar!:hmpf:I felt like I'm driving a kancil now! Does anyone here experience the same thing before?

I believe its totally normal. The warning will only come on once you start driving.
