WTS: E30 Steering Rack from '88 Coupe Good Condition!

Hi all, trying to 'gather' some money for a Shelter Home for 20children aged between 5-12yrs old to bring them to KizSport & Gym in Empire Gallery. Outing and food shud cost around rm460-500, so am selling whatever parts I have below cost so the Shelter Children can benefit. My loss is ur gain! Hi all..I have an E30 Power Steering Rack off a 1988 Coupe. I have given it a clean(steel/aluminum parts but not any rubber parts), rubber boots look like new..just a little dusty..but no tears or leaks. Tie rods are intact as well..so selling the whole rack..what u see in the picture is what u get.Will be sold 'As-is'..I enquired with a member here who bough a rack for rm900 on a 'As-is' condition from a chop shop with a 7 day warranty..I however am not giving any such warranty as I am not a dealer or a shop owner.Was looking to sell for rm550(FIRM)..now looking for only rm300 for a good cause!!

Oh ya..4got to mention..only reason this steering rack was removed from d car was owner did a conversion of engine from M20 to M52 and hence upgraded to E36 steering rack.

Ok..an update..1st rack is now SOLD..

I however have a 2nd power steering rack that I have brought back from d UK as well..this was removed from a coupe going thru a v8 conversion n e36 rack going in..the previous owner is my contact in UK who has his own workshop..according to him all power steering racks for e30 r standard..so according to him..its either non power assisted or with power assist..

Even mechanic in Optimum n WQW in usj1 identified it as m20 n m40 respectively..basically mine is a power assisted rack..2nd rack I hv now is similar to d 1 in pic..will try n get sum actual pics posted up soon.

Oh ya..2nd rack comes complete as above..only extra is it still has the power steering fluid bottle/container still intact with hoses..basically remove ur old 1 n plug n play..

Tq Tq..all 4 a good cause. Was at d shelter 2day n informed d GM about d good news..have set a date for d 7th to bring d kids out to Empire. Tq 4 d support guys!! Currently sponsoring n fostering a girl in d same shelter..brought her over to KizSports n Gym about a week ago..she enjoyed herself..now I get to bring all her friends along!!:top:

Buyer has collected n paid for both items!

As I have collected rm600 from my sales..will use d extra cash to buy other provisions the children need. Just bought 4 frisbees n 4 sets of bucket/spade/shovel/assorted sea animal shapes beach sets for their trip to PD on d 5th(not organized by me). KizSports n Gym trip organized by me will be on d 7th.
