Why u wana get a 523i when u plan to change the engine . Get a 520i for cheaper price . But you certainly need to upgrade quiet a stuffs. When you add up the whole expenditure.. its may worth if you buy 530i in one piece .

I would definetely go for unker' car . Its 528 and definetely worth a piece.

I dun understand why all you people looking for other E39 when there is good E39 selling here. Please dun hijack this thread with other E39.
Dun be cheapskate la and talk so much. Walk the talk and buy this 528. For me better get the original car than those the convert one. Save the hassle,headache and money! You just give the VIN no and you can order anything even from Germany coz the car is original. BMW is complicated as not all parts are the same on engine and body.

P/S: I dunno this owner and never meet or contact him.
