A tyre shop located in Selayang has advertised exactly what you are looking for (spare tyre/jack/tool) for RM 750 in mudah.
Called him up Wednesday and he said he had more than one set. Try giving him a call.
I was looking for the similar item for a family member's car. We actually bought an ori set from AB Jalan Tun Razak for RM 1,400. (wanted to cancel our order placed 2 week earlier but was unable to do so) No choice had to take delivery of the ori set.
