WTA : E46 320i M52TU Engine alternative SPARK PLUG other than stock

Hi sifus,I have been reading few topics on the spark plug on this forum as well from other sources found on the NET but yet failed to understand clearly the alternative SPARK PLUG for my M52TU engine. I wish all the sifus out there can advise me which alternative brand and specification suitable for my engine which can INCREASE Torque or HP on my engine...salute and thanks in advance for your advise or comment.
