Here is a DIY to fix no water coming out from the washer...
If you can the washer motor running but not water coming out. It is most likely mold / dirts stuck on the motor filter.
You can fix it without jacking up the car or removing the wheel but requires you to turn the steering to the right. Do ensure taking precaution and protective tool before doing this. Ensure parking brake and the gear is in park position.
