Where to buy HID headlight for E90 LCI

I tried searching in mudah and found 1 guy selling HID headlight for E90 LCI for RM280, taiwan brand and 1 month warranty only.
Problem is, i dont want to buy something that wont last less than 1 year. Does anyone know where can i get a better HID light?
and If i were to buy a taiwan cheap light, im looking for something at RM200.

And second thing, where can i install the light? Any recommended workshop and how much do they charge?

I thought i tried that. I had to do the same thing with my camaro. But i guess i will try it again tomorrow. Is anyone using a relay harness?
