will to call later.
do the price including tyres or not eh...???
btw do you know anyother shop?
i'm also loonking for ACS type II and type III rims too...
can you tell me what's the differen between ori and copyyyy one?
thanks

hmm NO its definitely not inc tires.
Atm im not sure who else sells bbs lm, best bet is sunway or some of the other bmw specialist. ACS type II or type III you would be lookin around the 12k range for 19" i think. Im not sure, maybe someone can confirm.

copy-limited width, heavy
ori-all types of width, light, and better manufacturing process

hmmmm....last time replicas used to heavy and unreliable but i weight on my M Sports Rims (Staggered)

Front - 10kg/rim
Rear - 10.5kg/rim

If compare to replicas, for example ACS Type V
Front & Rear - 8kg/rim

I cant beleive it when i weight mine ori rims compare to replicas

Seems the Taiwanese tech have improved

Nowadays quality of Taiwanese rims have improved a lot. For me, I dun mind going for replicas so that I can change my rims anytime I want as the price is not so expensive as compare to original.

Thats an interesting point.. at least replica companies are continuing to improve their products in not only on the looks, but also the build n design area.

hi,

me too also have think like that....

Not all, but in general the Taiwan reps are safer than China or local reps. Even reps have branding and grades, so, if possible go with replica brands which have been recommended by others, and stay away from the ones which crack etc overtime as its not very safe.

bro,

how to compare it? can you guys give me the name of the shop so when i going there no need to waste my time looking for it....:top:

There has been a few postings I've read on E90 post on Replica quality brands and grades... KL2DC also gave us some advice sometime back on types of reps

"In the quality replica market, the CSLs by velocity motoring (in the USA) is a proven and sturdy choice. M6 reps by Miro seems pretty stout, lightweight and hide brake dust the best. But the best replica I've seen is the hard to get, made in Italy M5 replicas (beautiful offsets, nice rear concavity)."

What i've read is stay away from MOVEN brand as it has cracked for some M6 rep wheel owners, and Miro is better (or was it the other way round??)

I have not had any experience with rep's and No doubt ori's are the way to go. but after reading whats been said, its lightened my perception towards rep's. Especially if your the type that gets bored easily with rims. Then it probably is more feasible to buy n sell rep rims. If your gonna go down the rep rims line, more research n questions should be asked to find reputable replica's like what E46Fanatic has mentioned.

bro suki and e46fanatic,

i got a problem here...
what do you mean by Miro and Moven?
is it a brand name or what???
sorry...i ni budak baru lah...:63:

They are just examples of brands/manufacturers of replica wheels which should be stamped somewhere on the wheel. There are many others, and of course some are much better than others, in terms of durability and safety. There are also replicas which are not safety tested and certified, we have to be a little aware of this for our own safety heh.

thank you so much for your information...
i saw many posts in motortrader which carry Breyton rims...
can i trust em?
what do you think about this brand? is it ok?
