What would be a suitable tyre for E60..specs 245/40/R18

Hi ladies and gentlemen, I'm scouting around for new tyres in exchange for my current factory fitted Dunlop run-flats....however, I'm not planning to replace it with another set of run-flats as I have a space-saver. I was recommended Continentals but since they are now manufactured in Msia by Sime, I have my doubts. I would like to welcome suggestions and contributions from all you car enthusiasts out there. Let's take this offline - PM me and we'll chat further. Euro tires are much cheaper in SG and there's a couple of places that we can recommend highly. CSC2 or 3 (only CSC1 and lower end range are made here), Michelin PS2, Goodyear F1 GSD3, Dunlop Direzza, Pirelli P7 and the likes are about a few I can think off.
