Let me have a real look at it 1st how this work on E39. If its simple like how haywire install the SMG steering, y not . BUT, if its too complicated, i might not take the risk.
I will get back to you as soon am hear frm him.

Important note
1. For none SMG (any model):
- you will los your gear stopper feature
- grear positioning reading will be totaly diferen (P, N, D, S), please take a closer look at the picture again.
- rewiring needed (i will get the wiring guide)
2. IF, this is item is an original one, it wont be cheap (i really hv no idea how much he is selling. he is not answering my call since the flood issue). Last check by Haywire thru ebay RM6++.

2. Ready made M3 DCT for retrofitting to Steptronic cars (any BMW 2001-2010) $390 (RM1240)without shipping.

Early E46 & E39 has it the other way round, Later ones are similar to this. You car mod the wiring of the earlier one and change the display plates to make it match.

The harness is different for each models. Thats why on the website its stated what models it is for.

i think most of acessories shop ade jual....bought it +/- $38 for 1 pair and DIY jee.

I bought for both the my e46 & e39 the msport gearknob from a boy and cost me tb8k each about a year ago.

THB8000 = RM840 (+/-).

Update on my new year balik kampong trip
Full tank ron 95, RM130, can do 670KM (balance meter display 20KM before refuel).
Kota Bharu, Jeli, Grik, Lumut, Bido (hiway) -> KL
KB -> Bido, average 100-140/km
Bido -> KL, crusing 150-180/km

*my privious e34 only give me max 580KM (fulltank)

Finaly got him on the phone, the shop closed for renovation. However he can still do the delivery upon request.
SMG gear knob - original brand new with light, THB8500 his last price with condition of purchase more thn 1 unit (please do your own conversion, RSP THB9900).


Haywire, i have decide to park this fund for paddleshift circuit board instead. Tolong dealkan ye.
