UDM Workshops in the East Coast/ K. Terengganu

Hello guys,Would like to know if there are any recommended workshops doing repairs/servicing for UDMs in the east coast, preferably around Kuala Terengganu? Will be travelling there quite often this coming August ,hope that the east coast gurus can help me out on this, thanks!

bro.. got 1 w/shop so called specialised in terengganu... (since no competition i think..) the w/s located in Cendering Industrial Area (lots of wshop here) . From the town, drive south to Kuantan, after the Floating Mosque (at kuala ibai), up the bridge, then make a right turn at the T junction there.

The owner there called Patrick (lost the contact sorry).. the wshop named Seawide i think.. long time didnt go there since couple of years back sending my bro merc for servcing.

The wshop well known for conti cars.. but the guy is udm fan.. heheh.. so expecting sumthing gud on yr udm..

thinking to pay a visit soon..

there aren't that many mechs in KT that can do BMWs, if there are, prepare to pay an arm and a leg, best option is to try KB. or the nearest would be kemaman.

BTW are you going to be posted there or you just want to keep a database just in case. I'm in Terengganu I serviced my car twice there, but now I would rather drive to kuantan or back to KL to service my ride. Not worth the risk. However if you at all get stuck, Give a me a call. i'm sure I can point you in some direction

i am based in KB Hospital here after 2 years abroad ,and currently using my bmw 316ise brought back from UK.i manage to find a local chap here who does decent work for bmws/ mercs ( previously worked with tokey bimmer dealer / workshops ) , previous services at AB kuantan cost me a bomb not including the trip and overnight stay plus the inconvenience of taking leave.
So far so good , reasonable labor price , good workmanship , and he knows his stuff.even taught me a few things as well.

at KT got workshop.....doing merc + BMW........

area KG PALOH.....beside the main road to Batu Enam/Kota Bharu......

if u from KT to KB follow the old road, u can find it on ur right after the shell on your left and after the petronas on ur right....

there is a shop that is full of bimmers and mercs in KB - Indah Workshop. I believe it is behind HKB. phone number is 09 7487831
a bit pricey, but they know what they are doing. Deals with both old and new cars...

Anyone from the east coast (k.terengganu in particular) knows of any reputable bodyshops that are familiar with BMWs? Woke up this morning and found a crack on my windscreen, might want to change the windscreen here if the crack does get longer before i have the time to get back to KL for repairs.

There’s one shop in KT who are doing a lots of bodywork and windscreen replacement, not sure about the shop's name but i hv the owner contact no : Karim Hp : 012 908 7166. Fyi i did sent ma C220 for bodywork and w/screen replacement at his shop.

The shop that, BiMmErie mentioned is actually my mechanic who is MBenz mechanic, he did saw bimmer at his workshop once in a while. You can call his mobile Hamka : 019 980 3520 or his supervisor Shariff (mobile no :012 954 7870) for verification.

Thanks for the useful info choq! What's the workmanship like for both the workshop and bodyshop mentioned previously? Will give them a call if the crack gets really bad in these couple of weeks' time. Any other BMW workshops in town that i should check out for servicing/repairs? Thanks!
