Tyres Rotation

Recently, I come across two different opinion for tyres rotation, which are as follows:1. To do tyres rotation every 10,000km to ensure every tyres usage are even utilised.2. DO NOT perform tyres rotation as it will make balancing and alignment very hard to do end up the tyres wear faster than usual.Any Comments???

why would balancing & alignment be difficult after rotation? and please educate me why doing so causes premature wear?
